  • Crystal Connect prides itself on its determination to avoid a production line approach to translations. We prefer the personal touch, providing tailor-made solutions to each customer, and each project. In the case of repetitive or sizeable projects we like to reach an agreement with our customers on the most suitable approach for dealing with their orders. What this involves in practice is customers issuing us with guidelines on language use, their providing us with personal lists of terminology or we ourselves developing glossaries comprising subject-specific vocabularies. Our assignment continues even after a translation has been delivered. Any comments or suggestions the customer has to make are incorporated into our information system so as to ensure the work is perfectly in tune with the customer’s expectations.
  • All our translators work only into their native languages, which means we not only transpose your text into another language, we also adapt it completely to your target audience, so they never suspect they are reading a translation.
  • Apart from dictionaries, which continue to be the main tools, we rely on other sources of information, such as literature relating the subject area and various opportunities available on the Internet.
  • As translating specialised texts calls for an approach different from the one used for general texts. We work in co-operation with experts on the subject matter in the case of very specific texts.
